Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The whole family raves over Grandma's pancakes. Randy ate 12 of them at one time when he was in his twenties. He grew up eating pancakes or flapjacks 5 days a week yet still loves them. Randy's father (Grandpa Bob) called the pancakes they ate "sinkers". Apparently Randy's mother, who was an excellent cook, ran out of baking powder one day and made pancakes without that important ingredient. The pancakes did not rise and so they were given the name "sinkers". Grandpa Bob: "Pass the sinkers" - they are so good.
