8 quarts tomato juice
1 head of cabbage
12 medium onions
12 large carrots
1 large stalk of celery
1 bunch of parsley
4 green peppers
1/2 cup canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Run all vegetables through the food grinder or chopped finely in food processor.

Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil. Pack into canning jars, cold pack for 2 1/2 hours.

Open quart jar as needed, add meat stock, pearled barley, diced potatoes, macaroni, etc. Heat and eat!!
