2 eggs
2/3 cups liquid shortening (canola oil)
2 tsp vanilla
¾ cup sugar
2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly and stir in vanilla and oil, add sugar. Blend until mixture thickens. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to the first mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonful, flatten slightly with fork. You can add chocolate chips. Decorate with colored sugar, nuts, coconut or sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes until it gets a light golden brown color.
