Ingredients:  
1 c. margarine or butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. salad oil
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and mix well.
Add salad oil and mix well.
Add coconut, cornflakes and nuts; mix.
Add flour, soda, and salt; mix until well blended.
Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with a fork.
Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.
Cool and take off tins.
