1 c sugar
3/4 c butter
1 - 5 oz can of evaporated milk
1/8 tsp salt
2 - 12 oz packages of white chocolate chips
1 - 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream
3 c coarsely crushed Oreos (about 25, divided)

Directions:
Line a greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside. Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan. Cook over a medium to high heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a boil. Cook for another 3 minutes at boiling. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, 2 cups crushed oreos, and salt. Stir until chocolate melts. Pour into pan lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with remaining cookies and gently press into the fudge. Cover and chill until firm for about 2 hours. Lift the fudge from the pan by pulling up on the foil. Remove the foil and cut into squares. This will make about 4 lbs of fudge.
