1 Onion
Potatoes
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 - 2 tbsp. butter
Ham, bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Put milk, cornstarch and butter in sauce pan. Heat on low heat, stir until all the lumps are out and sauce is thickened and creamy.
Cut ham into bite-size pieces. Layer potatoes, onions and ham in casserole, leave about 1-inch at top . Pour milk over top, leave approx. 1 inch at top. Cook covered for 1 hour, then take cover over and cook 1/2 hour.
