1 1/2 large onions, chopped
3 cups finely diced celery
1/3 pound butter
1 1/2 rounded teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon and a wee bit sage
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 large eggs and water to equal 3 cups
3 loaves soft bread, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute (low heat) the onions and celery in butter. Add spices.

Beat 1 1/2 large eggs, and add water to equal 3 cups. Mix with rest. Add soft bread, cut into cubes. Mix until moist.

Tuck loosely in bird.
