4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup crisco
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp anise seed

Glaze:
1 lb powder sugar
1 tbs butter or crisco melted
a little milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend Flour sugar and crisco.
Add baking powder

Mix wet ingredients add to dry. blend till smooth


bake 350º 8-12 minutes or until bottom of cookie is golden brown

Let cool then glaze
