1 can spam
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1Tablespoon apricot jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except spam and whole cloves and rub all over spam loaf. Shove the small ends of the cloves into the spam, leaving only the heads exposed, smear on jelly. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
