4 C. flour
1 C. sugar, separated
1 or 2 eggs
6 T. olive oil
1 stick butter
2 packets (1/2 tsp. each) yeast
1/3 C. water
5 heaping T. sesame seeds
5 heaping T. anise seeds

Directions:
Combine yeast, water, and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a glass and allow to sit for 2 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together eggs, butter, and half of flour. Once those are combined, add the remaining flour, sugar, olive oil. Mix well. Next, add in sesame seeds and anise seeds. Add a little water if necessary. Place in a bowl in a warm place and allow to rise for at least an hour. Roll out in baguettes and cut into slices with scissors. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 350º F oven for about 15 minutes then remove them from the oven, flip them over, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Make sure they are a nice, golden brown.
