Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. sliced jalapeņos
2 cups apple cider vinegar
6 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the sliced jalapeņo peppers. Bring to a boil and boil approx. 6 minutes. While this is cooking I place my cleaned jars with about a cup of water in each jar into the microwave and cook until the water is boiling and the jars are nice and hot.
Pour out the water and fill each jar with the sliced jalapeņo peppers.
Use a ladle and pour the boiling liquid into the jars over the sliced jalapeņo peppers to within 1/4 inch of the rim.
Cover with hot lids and turn upside down for a couple of minutes.
Turn the jars back to their original position and you will soon hear the jars seal and the lids make a popping sound.
Allow the jars to sit up a couple of weeks before eating. However, the first time I made them I opened the jars in about a week and they were just fine.

Personal Notes:
These peppers are delicious on a hamburger or good placed on a cracker covered in cream cheese.
