1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Crisco
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: Ketchup, white sugar, lemon juice, and garlic; set aside. Add celery, green pepper, onion and Crisco to a skillet and cook for about one minute. Add ground beef and brown. After thoroughly cooking drain grease. After draining put back into skillet. Add the sauce and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
