Ingredients:  
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c self-rising flour
1 3/4 c sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
1 t vanilla
2 c milk
6 or 7 oz coconut or 3 T cocoa for chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 9" pie pans (no crust needed). Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
