1 1/2 eggs per person
Evaporated milk
Velvetta cheese
Butter

Directions:
Add evaporated milk to the eggs to make 1/2 cup liquid per person. For added smoothness, add small chunks of Velveta cheese. Cook in buttered double boiler, stirring gently once in a while with a rubber spatula. Do not allow to dry out. Add butter before serving.

The double boiler is used if you have a big crowd. They are easier to handle and keep warm without getting leathery, otherwise cook eggs in a skillet.
