2/3 cup butter
2 cups quick oats (uncooked)
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat.
Stir in oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well.

Drop by level teaspoonful - 3 inches apart onto foil lined or parchment paper cookie sheets. Spread thin with rubber spatula. Bake 5 - 7 minutes.
Let cool. Peel from paper.
