1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. quick oats
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. toffee
other optional add-ins: nuts, coconut, raisins

Directions:

Mix butter, oil, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs. Add rest and mix well. Shape into balls a little bigger than a golf ball. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
