2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of cornstartch
1/2 sp of salt
3/4 cups of butter melted
3/4 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg plus 1 yolk
2 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 325º F.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cornstartch.

Mix melted butter with sugars. Mix well.
Add egg plus egg yolk and mix well.
Add vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients with wet.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

CHILL DOUGH FOR 2 HOURS. THIS IS A MUST.

Roll dough in small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Press down slightly with fork.

Bake for 11 to 12 minutes.
