2 c Seedless Raisins (washed & drained)
1 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
3 1/2 c Oatmeal
3 c Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 pkg. Chocolate Chips

Pre heat oven 350º.
Wash raisins with hot water & drain. Cream shortening, sugar together add beaten eggs and milk. Add oatmeal, raisins, chocolate chips. Mix well, add dry ingredients and continue to mix well. Drop by teaspoon on to greased cookie sheet bake 12 min.
Note. You can use the bottom of a glass, wet the bottom and place in sugar then press the cookie down. This will help in storing of cookies.
