2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup1/2 c. water
Dash of salt
6 drops of red food coloring
6 drops of cinnamon oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, water, salt and bring to a boil in pan.
Cook to hard crack stage of 290º.
Add food coloring and cinnamon oil.
Gently swirl mixture to blend.
Pour into a 8x8x2" metal pan.
Let stand a few minutes until a film forms on top.
Mark 3/4" squares with a spatula, starting fro the edge of the pan and work to the center.
Press gently many times to deepen marks and be careful not to break the film.
One the squares are made to the bottom of the pan let rest.
Take out of pan and break squares as needed.
Note: Be careful with the cinnamon oil since it can burn your skin!
