Oreo cookie pie crust or graham cracker pie crust
2 pkg chocolate pudding(4 serving size)
4 oz cream cheese softened
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tub cool whip thawed (divided)
2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Brush crust with egg white. Bake at 375º for 5 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 tbls milk in bowl. Stir in half of whipped topping. spread on bottom of crust. add 2 cup's milk to pudding mixes. Beat with a whisk. Mixture will be thick.Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate4 hours. Frost with remaining cool whip before serving.
