Melt together in microwave in a glass bowl: (60 seconds; stir, then another 40 seconds)
3/4 C Butter
1 1/2 C Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
16 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips (Makes them fudgy)

Then:
Beat in 2 eggs

Add:
2 1/4 C Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

60 to 72 Andes mints (unwrap ahead of time)

CHILL 1 HOUR

Shape cookie dough into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 8 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and immediately press an Andes Mint on each cookie. Mint will soften—spread it across top of cookie. Let the mint harden before storing. (about an hour or so) May put cookies in freezer a few minutes to set before storing.
