1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c oil
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 to 4 1.2 cups flour
2 teas. soda
4 teas. cream of tartar
1 teas. salt
2 teas. vanilla
12 pkg. of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
cream white and brown sugar with oil and shortening
add eggs and vanilla
add soda, tartar and salt to flour mix well
add flour mixture to creamy mixture

add in chocolate chips

drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet bake at 350º until lightly browned approximate 12 -15 minutes these are crisp cookies
