2 cups sugar
1 cup water
¾ cup light corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
coloring of choice
½ tsp. flavoring oil or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in a large heavy saucepan. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, over a low heat. Increase heat and boil without stirring until the temperature reaches 310 degrees. Remove from heat and add coloring and flavoring. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar to thickness of 1/8 to ¼ of an inch. Cool and then break into pieces.
