1 box strawberry cake mix
1 egg
1 t. strawberry jelly
8 oz. Cool Whip
confentionary sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cream together cake mix, egg, and cool whip. Add in strawberry jelly. Drop teaspoon size of cookie mixture into bowl of confectionary sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 10-12 minutes or until top starts to brown. Cool on rack.

When Mother and Daddy traveled to Florida, they always visited Mixon's Fruit Farm in Plant City for fresh strawberry sundaes, milk shakes, and these cookies. They would buy them by the bags and bring them home.
