Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
dash of salt
3 eggs
1/2 egg shell of water for each egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll out on floured surface until approximately 1/4". An easy way to cut the noodles is to roll up like cinnamon rolls and using a knife slice into thin slices. Lay out to dry. After they are dry you can store them in a ziploc bag until ready to use or add to a cooked roast beef or chicken stock along with the meat. Cook until tender. The noodles will plump up as they cook. To make them a little thicker, Grandma would roll each individual noodle between her palms after cutting and before drying.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Geneva loved her soap operas. Before she owned a television, she would listen to The Road of Life starring Dr. Jim Brent and Pepper Young's family. The Lone Ranger was everyone's favorite. The kids would all sit and listen so closely you could hear a pin drop. Grandpa Fuss never liked Tonto he thought he was always a "grunter" and hated when he said Kemosabe.
