For homemade graham cracker crust:

½ cup of butter
about 16 Graham Crackers, finely crushed
1 ½ tablespoon sugar
pie plate


For Cheesecake (Custard Filling):

2 eggs
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - 8oz package of cream cheese (room temp).

For Cheesecake Topping:

1 pint of sour cream
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract




Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. For homemade graham cracker crust (you may substitute with store bought graham cracker crust).

Combine butter, crushed graham crackers & 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
Mix well and press to cover the sides and bottom of the pie plate
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

3. For Cheesecake's Custard Filling:

Beat all ingredients to a custard like consistency
Spoon it into the crust
Bake at 350 degrees until firm, about 25 minutes
Don’t turn oven off yet…

4. For Cheesecake Topping:

Mix and spread on top of baked cheesecake custard filling
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 more minutes - turn off oven :)


5. Chill overnight
6. Next day top with cherries, or any canned pie fruit or nothing at all!
7. If you add fruit, chill for 1 to 2 hours
8. Enjoy!
