Baked Single Pie Crust

2 c. fresh peaches sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. Butter
1/4 t. almond

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, sugar and lemon juice together and let stand for 1 hour.
Drain juice - 1 c.
Place juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until thicken. Let cool.
Put peaches in baked pie crust. Pour mixture over peaches.
Chill.
Top pie with whipped cream.
Garnish with cherries.
