1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
Beat until fluffy
Add
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix until combined
Add
2 1/4 cup flour (you can use white,ww or spelt flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt only if using unsalted butter
Mix
Add
1 package chocolate chips
Mix

With a Tbsp or cookie scoop, scoop onto parchment
Lined pans. Flatten lightly
