8 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
1-2 c. light cream
Salt
Pepper
Onion flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Placed grated potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion flakes. Pour enough light cream over potatoes so that you can almost see it over the potatoes.
Bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour or so until potatoes test done. Stir and enjoy!
