3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. flavored oil
food coloring, optional
powdered sugar, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310 degrees. Remove from heat. After boiling has stopped, stir in flavor and color. Pour onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. (or into molds) Allow to cool and break into pieces. Can be dusted with powdered sugar. Store in airtight containers.
