"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
4 full-size Hershey candy bars
1 cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9″ pie pan with baking spray.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until well combined, then add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and graham cracker crumbs.

Divide the dough in half. Press one half of it in the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan. Evenly spread the marshmallow Cream over the bottom crust. Separate chocolate bars into squares and place on top of the Marshmallow Creme. Place the marshmallows on top.

Using the remaining half of dough, pat sections of dough on top of and around all the marshmallows (they will not be completely covered and that is what you want) Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.

Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting, or you will have one big ooey gooey mess.
