1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg separated
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbs. water
1/2 cup nuts (chopped fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease jelly roll pan. Mix butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon into a dough. Put dough on jelly roll pan and spread and press into pan. Beat egg whites and water together until brothy. Brush over dough and sprinkle with nuts. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown. Cut finger strips.
