3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. banana flavoring
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and brown sugar then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing:
6 T. brown sugar
4 T. butter
4 T. cream

Mix ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar to desired consistency. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and drizzle over warm cookies.
