10 chicken breasts (halves)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 can mushrooms (small size)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour while melting butter in a shallow baking pan. Add chicken, skin side down and bake for 30 minutes at 350º F. Mix liquid drained from mushrooms with chicken soup, wine, and sour cream. Add mushrooms. Turn chicken skin side up and cover with sauce. Bake 30-45 minutes longer until chicken is done. Baste several times during baking.
