8 qt popped corn, unpopped kernels removed
2 C brown sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 C light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes after it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp soda. Pour over popcorn, gently stirring to coat. Bake at 250ºF for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
