1 1/2 c. and 1 1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
large marshmallows, cut in half

Frosting
2 c. powdered sugar or more
5 T. cocoa
3 T. margarine
pinch salt
4 T. milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls or use med cookie scoop, Bake 8 minutes at 340 º. Remove from oven and place half a marshmallow on top of each cookie, cut side down. Return to oven and bake 2 more minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting:
To make frosting, beat together ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate any extra.
