1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
4 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs. Combine salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour. Add to margarine mixture and blend well. Then add lemon and sour cream, mix well.
Roll dough the size of a walnut. Dough will be sticky. Place dough balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
Frost and add sprinkles.
