3/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 pkg. (2.5 oz.) corn beef cut in pieces
1/2 cup drained chopped sauerkraut
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
