1 Package (20 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 c. blanched slivered almonds
1 tsp. almond extract
½ c. red raspberry preserves
2/3 c. powered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Chop almonds very finely.
3. Place cookie dough in bowl.
4. Combine almonds and almond extract (mix).
5. Scoop, place dough 2 inches apart on baking stone.
6. Press lightly floured finger in center of dough to make indentation.
7. Fill with approximately ½ teaspoon of raspberry preserves.
8. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cookie is golden.
9. Remove from stone, sprinkle/shake powered sugar over cookies until completely covered.
