2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup broken pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Chocolate. Add sugar and corn syrup, cream and butter. Cook over low heat and stirring only until sugar dissolves to soft ball stage (234-236 stage) Cool at room temperature with stirring until lukewarm. Add vanilla, salt and nut pieces. Beat until mixture holds its shape and then knead until smooth. Shape into 2 (1 inch) rolls. Cut into half inch slices.
