5 cups rhubarb, cut fine
3 cups sugar
1 pound orange slice candy, cut fine
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, cut fine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb and sugar; let stand 2 hours. In a heavy saucepan cook for 15 minutes. Add the orange slice candy, pineapple and its juice and cherries. Cook until thick, about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Yields 7 small jars. Freeze or process in hot water bath to seal.
