3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar

In a saucepan, combine butter, milk and brown sugar until blended and bubbly.

Add vanilla and powdered sugar and stir until smooth.

Ice cookies.
