2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon b. soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Dark. Brown. sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, B. soda and salt in a med. bowl. Mix well with wire whisk. Set aside: In a large bowl with an electric mixer blend sugars at med. speed. Add room temp. butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix at med. speed until just blended. (Do Not Over Stir.) Add flour mixture, chips, nuts and blend at low speed until just mixed. Drop by tbs. on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 14 min. Ref. batter for an hour before baking, if time permitting.
