Carolyn is a great cook and has been in charge of the kitchen at the Boy Scouts of America summer camp in Camp Ottari/Powhatan in Snowville for many years, where is in charge of feeding 1000 Scouts per week. She adapted this recipe from a recipe for Peach Refrigerator Cookies prepared by Mrs. Carl Saunders, the wife of a former Governor of Georgia.
