1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 c or 2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 3/4 all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, salt, vanilla, and butter until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir rest of ingredients into mixture. Chill 2 hours. Roll out and bake at 375ºF on lightly greased cookie sheet. 10 to 12 minutes.
