1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 C Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 C Finely Chopped Celery
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute together ground beef, onion, and celery.
2. Keep stirring until partially done, adding a little shortening if needed.
3. Then add boiling water to barely cover the mixture and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
4. Next, thicken the liquid to make a nice gravy (use Kitchen Bouquet) salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place in a baking dish, top with hot mashed potatoes (fresh) leaving little peaks.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Pop in 350º oven until cheese melts.
