1/4 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
2 Large Eggs
1 15 oz. can 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust/Shell (See Rita's Perfect Pastry)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir Pumpkin and Sugar into the first 5 ingredients. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell/crust.

Bake in preheated oven of 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º, bake 40 to 50 minutes longer, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Do not under bake it.

1 3/4 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice can be used instead of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves..... Enjoy!!
