9 in. pie shell
2 cups pumpkin
½ cup sugar
1 eggs
1¼ tsp. corn starch
¼ tsp. all spice
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ginger
1 cup rich milk
½ -3/4 cup kayro syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix pumpkin and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add unbeaten egg.

2. Heat milk and syrup right up to boil and pour into pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

3. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Switch oven temperature to 325º and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Best when served with whipped cream.
