1 ¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy)
½ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Shape into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten with a floured fork. Bake at 350 12-15 min. You can add chocolate chips, too.
