Wet
8oz of real pumpkin puree
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Dry
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, butter and sugars and pumpkin
Mix in egg & vanilla
Mix together flour, oats, soda and salt
Stir into wet ingredients
Add chocolate chips


Baking
Preheat over to 350F. Shape dough in balls.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Flatten crisscross pattern with fork.
Bake until light brown approx. 9-10 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet, transfer to plate or rack
